CLEAR BEFORE YOU SIGN
We agree the work, required content, revisions, timeline and quality checks in writing. Ready assets and approvals determine the build window.
Beyond the standard launch scope: multi-location work, custom PMS or API development, migrations, extra languages and rush scheduling. Those are removed, quoted as add-ons or moved to Signature.
The first 50% project-fee invoice, plus applicable GST, is paid before work starts. The final 50% follows the agreed completion or acceptance point. Final unrestricted handover follows full payment.
Third-party tools, usage, licences and other separate charges are stated in the quote.
A 1-month launch-defect warranty applies. Growth Care is required for Growth and Signature, with a 3-month minimum.
Care starts immediately after the launch-defect warranty ends unless the signed Schedule A states another date. It is billed monthly in advance, then continues month to month with 30 days’ notice. Response times mean acknowledgement, not guaranteed resolution.
Your domain is registered in your name and remains yours on exit. Presence includes the first year of Hosted. After that, keep it on Hosted at ₹12,000 per year, choose a monthly Care plan or take a static export to another provider.
Care on a CJAX-hosted site includes Hosted; the charges do not stack. A Hosted or Care client may take a full static export of their site at any time, and leaving Hosted ends CJAX-managed hosting after a 30-day handover window.
Care plans and the paid Assessment keep their standard prices. Feedback, testimonials and case-study participation are optional and do not affect eligibility.
The deadline controls price eligibility. It does not waive scope, payment or quality checks. Standard list prices apply from 1 Jan 2027.
We run no more than two active builds at once. Your build window is agreed before you commit; the offer deadline controls the price, not the delivery date.
