Our first ten.
Ten Goan businesses start with CJAX Labs. Three of them get a complete launch site, a ₹45,000 build at ₹0, hosted free for the first year. The other seven start at founding rates that close on 31 December. All ten are revealed together on 30 August 2026 and it runs once.
Applications open here in August. The window runs for around two weeks; every applicant gets a personal reply before the reveal.
How it works
We would rather prove it than claim it.
Three businesses get a complete website built at no cost. We get three real launches to show for it. That trade is the whole deal and it ends the day those three are delivered.
The other seven are offered a Growth or Signature build at a founding rate: our opening price, for the businesses that come in before there's a portfolio to point at. Nothing is trimmed to fit the lower price. Those rates close on 31 December and don't come back.
The dates and the number are exactly what they say: ten places, applications close on 28 August and this runs once. What you will not find here is a counter of remaining places or a countdown clock, because all ten are chosen on published criteria, never on who applies first.

- A launch-week story post tagging CJAX when your site goes live
- Candid feedback afterwards and an introduction or two if we have earned it
- A domain name for the site
Eligibility
Four checks, all required.
- The owner is Goan.
- The business operates physically in Goa: a real shopfront, venue, practice or service area.
- Established and trading for roughly six months or more. Real customers, not an idea.
- Follows @cjaxlabs at application. The one social ask at entry.
An existing website is not required; a business with no site at all is welcome and often makes the best transformation story. Not eligible: online stores needing e-commerce, booking-engine or portal builds, apps and franchises of non-Goan chains.
Selection
How the ten are chosen.
The application window runs for around two weeks in August. CJAX Labs reviews every application and selects the ten against the same published criteria, whether the place is a free build or a founding rate. The ten are announced on 30 August and every applicant gets a personal reply, selected or not. A ranked waitlist stands behind the ten: a selected business that cannot supply its content by the deadline passes its place on.

A short kickoff call. You fill one clear questionnaire about your business and send your photos and details.

The build week is reserved the moment your content is in. No content, no build week; the deadline is in your agreement.

Your site takes shape in your build week. You see a working preview, not mockups.

You send everything you want adjusted in one go and we make it right.

Your site launches on your domain, you post it, we celebrate it and Goa sees it.

You get a monthly report of what your site is doing and a call after 30 days to look at the numbers together. For the three free builds, hosting is on us for the first year.

Asked and answered, honestly.
Three free and seven paid. Which one am I applying for?
Both, with one form. Everyone is scored the same way against the same published criteria. Three places are built at no cost, chosen for the businesses where the change will be most visible. The other seven are offered our founding rate. You'll be told plainly which one you've been offered and you're free to say no.
Why give any of them away?
Because proof beats promises. Three businesses get a complete website; we get three real launches to show for it. That trade is the whole deal, it runs once and it ends the day those three are delivered.
What's the catch?
There isn't one hiding anywhere. Your domain is registered in your own name. You send us your photos and details on time. When your site goes live, you post it. That's it. Anything extra you might want later has a normal price list and you'll never be pushed to buy it.
Who owns the site?
You do. It runs on your domain and if you ever want to leave, you take a full export of your site with you.
What about after the first year?
For the three free builds, hosting is on us for year one. After that it's ₹12,000 a year to keep it hosted, monitored and maintained. You can move to a monthly care plan instead or take your export. Founding-rate clients choose their care plan at the start. Either way it's your choice, stated up front.
I wasn't selected. Now what?
The honest answer: there were only ten places. Every applicant gets a reply and if you want a site anyway, our normal builds start at ₹45,000 and we'll tell you plainly whether we're the right fit.
